Staff using the HR-Self-Service to view rosters will be given early access on 7 April 2025.
What do I need to know?
All staff will be able to view and update personal information such as diversity details, address changes, payslips and P60s. They will also be able to view some contractual information.
Relevant staff will be able to request/ approve annual leave, submit timesheets and view rosters.
Staff with additional responsibilities, eg HR tasks, creating rosters etc will continue to be managed via the website.
Unless otherwise stared, all guidance below has been created for staff accessing HR Self-Service via the website.
The Mobile App does not require VPN connection making it easier to access. Please note there will be some processes which are only available when logging into HR Self-Service via the website.
