Before downloading the Mobile App the following must be in place:

Your local HR team must have created your staff record in PeopleXD.

You have an active Single Sign-On (SSO) account. If you are experiencing problems with your Single Sign-On account, contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.

Your HR Self-Service account has been set up. Staff whose accounts have been set up will have received a 'Welcome' email from hrselfservice@admin.ox.ac.uk. If you started your appointment more than two weeks ago and have not yet received this email, please notify your local HR contact.

Your Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been set-up. Refer to Overview: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) | IT Help for assistance.
When downloading the Mobile App, you will need to know the following:

Your work email address, eg joe.bloggs@admin.ox.ac.uk.

Your Single Sign-On (SSO) username, eg abcd1234 and your SSO password.
Note: The Mobile App is available for iOS and Android devices.
