Become a UX Champion

Are you passionate about user experience (UX) and eager to foster a user-centred culture within the University? The User Experience Centre of Excellence is inviting staff to join our newly formed community and help integrate UX principles into all stages of product development and service delivery.

Aims and objectives

Our key objectives are:

  • Supporting collaboration: Encouraging collaboration between different departments and stakeholders, empowering them to implement UX best practices in their projects.
  • Improving digital experiences: User-centred design principles will be more consistently applied, leading to more intuitive and user-friendly products.
  • Mentorship and skills development: Experienced UX professionals can mentor less experienced team members, supporting professional development and advancing UX maturity.
  • Cultural transformation: A strong UX community can drive a cultural shift towards user-centricity.
