As part of the University of Oxford's investment in Digital Transformation, the UX Centre of Excellence has been introduced to help staff create great user experiences. Made up of experts in UX Research, Digital Accessibility, and UI/UX Design the team can support staff with providing guidance, training and governance.
As Oxford’s Digital Transformation aims to enable staff and students at Oxford to digitally thrive, a key part of that is ensuring that our digital services are easy to use, accessible and designed with the end user in mind. The UX centre of excellence will provide staff with the tools and expertise to allow this to happen.
Colleagues who deliver a digital product or service, whether that is an application, website or online course can contact the centre to get support to ensure that their product or service meets accessibility needs and offers the best user journey. This will ultimately lead to a better experience for anyone who engages with a digital product or service delivered by Oxford.
