- Use our Leadership Framework to support your development in skills and behaviours that many colleagues across Oxford agree are important. The framework now has accompanying self-directed learning materials to help leaders and managers develop each of the skills / behaviours, and how to make use of the framework in PDRs, and when recruiting

- Use the Focus Continuous Improvement toolkit to support you in taking your first steps in process improvement
- Develop your skills and confidence in applying Continuous Improvement (CI) techniques in your daily working life by completing the CI Leaning Pathway (SharePoint site). The six online modules will help you to start making changes in your area
