Professional Services Together aims to help you and your teams to feel even more empowered and supported to help you develop as a team.
Themed discussions are a new way to find out about Professional Service Together tools and resources which are available to support you. The packs have been designed to be flexible and not a burden. They are quick introductions to specific tools and can be slotted into your existing briefings or meetings as a 15-minute discussion exploring how the tools can work for you. Packs will be introduced each term so check regularly for new ones:
Service Review Guide for departments and faculties
The Service Review Guide for use by departments and faculties is a version of the service review approach used by the Focus team for cross-University service reviews which is designed to work at the local level. Departments and faculties can use the guide to carry out a local review of a service supported by Focus methodologies to identify improvements across a range of service components.
The Service Review Guide information poster provides a one-page summary of the service review process and is a useful introduction to the tool for teams. Read the Focus news article for details on the successful pilot to learn about the difference a service review can make to departments and faculties.
The Focus team is available to answer any questions about using the guide. The team is also be interested in any feedback from service leads and managers who make use of the guide.

CI Training for Teams
