Purpose of this guidance
- This guide is aimed at line managers working in participating departments* to approve requests from rostered staff for their availability.

Following the request notification, refer to the steps below:
- Navigate to Manager Dashboard.
- Identify the request from the My Approvals widget.
- Click View next to the relevant request.
- Click either:
- the Approve button - to approve the request.
- the Reject button - to reject the request.
The individual will be notified by email of the outcome. The roster supervisor will see the details on the roster.
