The People and Organisational Development Unit (POD) have developed the following resources to develop line managers throughout the University: ​

  • ​The Managers’ Toolkit provides short topic guides for managers.​
  • The Leadership framework shares the skills and behaviours that many colleagues across Oxford say are of value here and has been developed with input from across the University.​
  • The Confident Manager Course is a  blended learning development programme for People Managers whatever their role, tailored to reflect experience and specific needs – to equip them as managers within a hybrid working environment, enhance their team’s experience and offer dedicated time for personal development. The programme is built around a series of masterclasses and social learning spaces supplemented by POD resources and others reflecting the latest thinking in management practice. ​
