Professional Services Together ambition and principles (collaboration, quality and people) provide a framework to help you and your teams to feel even more empowered and supported. We know that you are best placed to identify the things that you want to improve or change and therefore we have developed new ways to enable you to take control in your area.
We understand that it can be challenging to take a collective view on addressing common issues, difficult to collaborate across boundaries, share best practice, and solve shared challenges. This often leads to frustration, confusion, and sometimes reinventing solutions that another department has already found.
Here are some resources that you can start using with your team right away. Remember to also check our case studies page to find out how other people and teams across Oxford have tackled common problems.
