The Oxford Digital Festival returns on Thursday 20 November 2025 at Rhodes House with a compelling new theme: AI in Teaching, Research and Administration. This one-day in-person event will bring together colleagues from across the collegiate University to explore how digital innovation is transforming the way we work, learn and collaborate.
Designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange, the festival will feature:
- Showcases of digital projects and AI applications across divisions
- Keynote sessions and panel discussions
- A curated exhibition space with interactive stands
- Opportunities to connect with peers and innovators in the digital space
Whether you are involved in digital service delivery, engaged in technology-enhanced research, or exploring AI for educational applications, the festival provides a rare opportunity to gain insight, share knowledge, and build connections within the University.
Who Should Attend?
The festival is open to University of Oxford staff from all divisions, departments, and colleges with an interest in digital tools, data, technology strategy, and innovation.
