A photography and GDPR toolkit is available to help you manage your images in a way that is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The online toolkit contains a range of resources and guidance, including:
- An overview of how GDPR affects photography and filming
- A checklist to run through to make sure you are compliant
- Consent form – in an editable PDF format
- Templates for perimeter notices for photography and filming
- Data-sharing agreement template – for sharing images with an external organisation
The toolkit is available on the University’s Compliance website. You will just need to use your single sign-on to access it.
