As part of Phase 2 of Oxford's Digital Transformation Heidi Hunt will be taking on the position of Programme Business Change Manager. Heidi's new role will lead the change management plan and activities to introduce the University’s new Digital Governance Framework and Operating Model.
I am excited to applying my knowledge and experience to this role of Programme Business Change Manager (Governance).
I will be building the team shortly and look forward to working with many of you to ensure that we introduce and effectively transition into the new digital governance framework and operating model over the next year.

In the short term Heidi will focus on building a team to support the work required to implement the governance chance. In due course Heidi will also support the implementation of recommendations arising from the IT Infrastructure Service Review.
