Monika took on the Technical and Functional Lead role in the SplashBI Upgrade to Reporting project from the Development Manager because of the latter’s personal circumstances. Monika took over all these activities from late February 2020, and as we transitioned to working from home, until the first phase of the project went Live in June 2020, exactly as planned. This was not part of her day-to-day responsibilities and neither was the line management of the 2 temporary staff that we needed to help with the test phase. All of this was undertaken with very little prior experience on her part and she worked considerably over normally-accepted hours to ensure that deadlines were met.
Monika then continued to take the lead role on the second phase which went Live in November 2020, again ensuring by her hard-work that deadlines were met.
