Dear Monika,
I want to thank Monika for being a really supportive and staff-focused manager for my 2 years at NDM. She always did her best with the team in mind, and gave back-up, support and direction as much as possible in difficult circumstances or amid conflict. She deserves thanks and respect for all she has achieved to date at NDM.
