Dear Mark, Thank you to the IT Services and especially Mark for the installation of our new printer/copy in our HR office. The printer was needed urgently once it arrived and Mark visited our office a few times, having to liaise with the manufacturer to overcome some issues. All now up and running with contact details added too.
