Lesley joined our department in difficult circumstances (during Covid) and when there were numerous issues needing to be addressed. She has (and continues to) work tirelessly to improve our systems and support colleagues. She has already had a major positive impact on our department and we are very grateful for her commitment to her work and support of the department.
