I want to thank Leila Whitworth, my line manager, who has supported and managed me since I started in March 2020. I particularly appreciate that she gives me new opportunities while offering support as I venture into areas and tasks new to me. Even though I’ve only met a few members of my team in person since starting, I feel valued, a key part of job satisfaction for me. During lockdowns with strict restrictions, I felt completely supported in managing home-schooling demands, taking a huge load of stress off my shoulders.
