I'd really like to thank Holly for being consistently helpful when dealing with complex finance issues. Holly is always helpful and professional but recently this particularly stood out when we needed to pay three very complex invoices from a complex PO! It doesn't sound like much but it took a lot of patience and tenacity to sort out the issue but Holly persevered and remained calm and pleasant throughout, when most other people would have had their head in their hands!! I just think we need more Holly's at the University!
