Apprenticeships are a great resource for employees who are taking on new responsibilities or have been redeployed, following on from the University’s latest recruitment protocols.
A wide range of Professional Services and Technical Apprenticeships are funded through the levy for staff. Finance and HR are two areas in particular which offer departments the opportunity to develop their employees in new skills - and
gain their CIPD and ACCA/CIMA qualifications - without paying for the training from their allocated budget.
