A massive thank you to Elvira who has given me a massive amount of support pointing my in the right direction for me being chucked in at the deep end on doing X5 costings for grant funding. She's just amazing. She doesn't take over and tell you what to do, she enables you by pointing you in the right direction, but provides the security of saying you can come back to her if you get stuck! I recently did a training event where Elvira was there. Everyone participating was equally complementary about what a great job she does.
