Dear Daniel Meacoe, thank you for picking up a query from me. This was a reporting issue that had been really difficult to get to the bottom of and Daniel put considerable effort into investigating what had happened and preparing a support call to hopefully get this fixed. I particularly appreciate this as this issue didn't clearly fall into anyone's responsibilities and Daniel picked it up anyway and gave insightful help.
