Bookings are open for this year’s Focus Continuous Improvement (CI) Conference - learn, discover, inspire: using CI to reduce everyday frustrations. At this event you’ll discover and explore practical CI tools and approaches that you can put into practice with ease. You’ll hear inspiring stories from colleagues about how CI is making a difference across and beyond Oxford University.
The CI team is delighted to announce that Peter McCulloch, Professor of Surgical Science and Practice, Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences and Fellow of Trinity College will be delivering this year’s keynote speech. Professor McCulloch will be sharing his experience of using continuous improvement and Lean tools in his research and work at the University and in the NHS.
The half-day conference includes an interactive showcase where you can speak to colleagues about how they’ve used CI in their areas, the improvements they’ve seen and learn about a range of CI tools that you can use straightaway through interactive sessions. You’ll also be able to find out more about the CI Community of Practice, opportunities for personal and team development, the work of the Focus team, and so much more.
