Any links to websites starting with www.admin.ox.ac.uk and www.oucs.ox.ac.uk will no longer work from 1 March. This is due to the migration to the University’s Mosaic platform, designed to improve the web experience for all users.
Since 2020, links to the old UAS website have been automatically been redirected to the new sites. For example, those navigating to www.admin.ox.ac.uk/eps will automatically be directed to https://academic.admin.ox.ac.uk/governance-and-policy.
However, this redirect service will be switched off at the end of 28 February. This means anyone navigating to a URL starting www.admin.ox.ac.uk, www.admin1.ox.ac.uk or www.oucs.ox.ac.uk will not return a page (eg you will get a ‘404’ message).
To avoid this happening, colleagues will need to update their bookmarks or ‘favourites’ linking to these sites. For example, if you have the bookmark ‘www.admin.ox.ac.uk/eps’ on your browser, you should update this so that the link direct goes direct
to https://academic.admin.ox.ac.uk/governance-and-policy.
