I don't know where you get your energy and reserves from, Carol! You are constantly working towards improving the welfare of the department staff, academics and researchers. It must have been difficult joining during the pandemic, but you haven't shown any sign of that, always appearing cheerful, and ever the professional. I would like you to know that what you do is greatly appreciated.
