If it is operationally impossible for you to take leave on 28 August, you don't usually work on Fridays or if you take sick leave on that date, please agree an alternative day with your line manager –
as close as possible to 28 August.
If you had already booked 28 August as leave, one day should be recredited to your holiday balance (the day to be taken as soon as operationally possible).
This additional day is to provide a break from the current work pressures and therefore will not apply to those who will be on furlough leave on 28 August.
