With effect from 1 August 2021, staff will receive a pay increase of at least 1.5%. Higher percentage uplifts will be made to the pay points below national spine point 22 (at the University this is staff employed on or below Grade 5 point 1 and Grade 4 point 6). The University’s lowest scale point, which currently represents the Oxford Living Wage, will be uplifted by 2.45%, taking the annual salary to £20,047.
The pay increase will be implemented in the September payroll and backdated to 1 August 2021.
