Since 2011, the University has maintained an employer-justified retirement age (EJRA), which is currently set at the 30 September before the 69th birthday. It applies to all staff in grade 8 and above.
The 10-year review of the EJRA will take place this year and Council has now approved the Terms of Reference and membership for the Review Group that will conduct the review. They can be viewed on SharePoint (SSO required).
Details of how the Group will consult Congregation and all University staff will be published in due course.
