Dear Tamara Lewin, Tamara stepped up willingly and at the last minute to help relocate a high-level meeting of an external provider and senior staff members, who were unexpectedly in an insufficient space. She used her initiative and dealt with a complex situation, that was outside of her usual remit, calmly and with grace and warmth, despite having a busy workload and organising postgraduate students simultaneously.
