Lydia always provides an amazing service to her customers but over the last few weeks she has exceeded her normally high standards and out of hours she has completed additional work in order that the external audit could progress. Lydia worked over the weekend knowing she was on a course the following week to get audit requests out to departments and this was greatly appreciated and is indicative of her work ethic and commitment to her role and to Finance.
